Studio Classes are held in our fully equipped home-studio in Prenzlauer Berg and utilise the pilates apparatus including the Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair and small apparatus.
Online livestream Pilates and Yin Yoga classes are available to keep moving while you're at home or on the move.
Private groups and corporate classes are available on request.

With a restorative and rehabilitative interest, Emily is a highly-experienced Pilates instructor having ten years of experience teaching the Pilates Method with a clinical, contemporary and somatic approach to movement training. She enjoys to engage deeply with the human body by bringing awareness, anatomical interest, ease of movement and a sense of mind-body integration with her clients.
Emily studied her Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction with Pilates International Training Centre / National Pilates Training at Aligned for Life in Melbourne, and was mentored by movement experts Katrina Edwards, Sarah Colquhuon and Wendy Smith.
In 2009 Emily completed a Bachelor of Dance at the Victorian College of the Arts with an integrated practice in somatic movement training with Kinetic Studies professor Wendy Smith. Emily went on to work with Wendy at Studio 202 Pilates and Movement Practices together with a team of allied health professionals, and for Sara Colquhoun in Melbourne, as well as several other Pilates and physiotherapy clinics. Emily is also a certified Yin Yoga teacher, having trained in Rishikesh in India, at World Peace Yoga School.
Based in Berlin, Emily teaches from her home studio in Prenzlauer Berg, online, in other studios across the city, and has an active career as a dancer and choreographer.
