Mobilise and rebalance your whole body with strengthening and lengthening exercises. These classes encourage somatic awareness with functional movement to improve your posture, proprioception and body mind connection. Have some fun and get creative with household items for any required props.
Please note that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy for Studio Classes and a 12 hour cancellation policy for Online Classes or the full class fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding. For hygiene and safety with in-person and Studio Classes, please bring proof of a negative test from the past 24 hours, wash your hands when you arrive, wear a mask and clean socks.
