Mat Pilates Online

Mobilise and rebalance your whole body with strengthening and lengthening exercises. Our group mat classes encourage somatic awareness through functional Pilates based movement to improve your posture, proprioception and mind-body connection. We use different props each session and advise you what to prepare 10 minutes before the class begins. Not to worry if you don't have any props available, we always make recommendations for substitutes with household items. Recommended props for your home studio: Pilates ball or a cushion, sliders or a small towel, therabands, Franklin balls, massage/spiky balls or tennis balls, scarf or yoga strap, foam roller, yoga blocks or thick books, chair, hand weights or canned vegetables.
