Slow, restorative practice working on connective tissues: the fascia, ligaments, tendons and bones to relieve tension and ease blockages in your body. Supported postures and stretches are held for 3 to 5 minutes and stimulate the TCM Meridians, relating closely to your fascia and nervous system, helping to find inner balance and harmonise your energy systems. Recommended props: Bolster or pillows, blanket or towel, yoga blocks or thick books, strap or scarf or theraband.
Please note that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all Classes and a 12 hour cancellation policy for Online Classes or the full class fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding. Please wash your hands when you arrive and wear clean socks and comfortable clothes for the class.
