Each class takes a journey through the whole body working to release and integrate different areas in a mindful flow. Search in the categories or use keywords to find Pilates and Yin Yoga sessions of varying length, workout or release, different props or equipment, level of difficulty as well as sessions to target specific body areas or conditions.

Every month new online class recordings will be added the library, as well as extra content exclusively for subscribers.
 

Monthly memberships are 40€ and can be cancelled at any time, or you can rent an individual video for 48 hours for 10€. Enjoy and feel free to send an email with any feedback or special requests.
