This website is owned and operated by Emily Ranford. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors:

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Due to COVID-19 please wear a mask in the studio. You may remove during the class if you wish. Your instructor will wear a mask for the entire duration.
Please wash your hands with soap or hand sanitiser before and after the session. Your instructor will do the same.
Please complete the health assessment form and sign the liability waiver at your first studio appointment.
For online classes, please acknowledge and accept the Liability Waiver upon booking.
Please wear socks for studio sessions for hygiene reasons, and comfortable clothes to move in. Avoid wearing zippers or jewellery that could damage the equipment.
Please arrive on time for your session, no more than 5 minutes early.
Please note that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy for Studio Classes or the full class fee will be charged. For online classes, please observe a 12 hour cancellation policy or the full class fee will be charged. You can cancel via your account, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you for your understanding.
As a client of Emily Ranford, you are responsible for taking care of your own body before, during and after the class/workshop/choreographic/performance process.
Before commencing your session, please advise the instructor of any new or existing injuries/conditions so that we can ensure that you have the safest workout for your body.
By participating in any class/workshop/choreographic/performance process, you accept full responsibility of any risk, and are encouraged to modify or skip any unsuitable movements.
You agree to indemnify and hold Emily Ranford harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Emily Ranford be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Emily Ranford assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorised access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for services displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
For freelance teaching, performance or choreography, payment must be made to one of the accounts detailed below within 14 days of receiving the invoice.
Payment for classes must be made prior to movement classes either in cash in-studio or via the online payment option in the checkout, or manually to the following bank or PayPal account:

5 class cards valid for 6 weeks.
10 class cards are valid for 12 weeks.
Memberships are per-person, paid on a recurring monthly basis, or as a once off rental or a specific video. Members have access to recorded video content of Pilates, Yin Yoga and movement classes to access at any time via emilyranford.com/on-demand
Videos are not to be shared or reproduced in any way.
Members may cancel subscriptions at any time via the customer account or by emailing email@example.com
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Emily Ranford. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us by email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please unsubscribe at the bottom of the email, or feel free to notify us at any time at firstname.lastname@example.org
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the services from Emily Ranford.
